1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of studiodaydreamhq.com and any purchase you make through it. The store is operated by Silver Rose Auto Trading L.L.C, trading as Studio Daydream, registered in Dubai under Trade Licence No. 1506474 (Dubai Dept. of Economy & Tourism), Office 501-107, Al Rostamani Building, Al Barsha First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us — including your delivery address and payment details — is accurate and complete.

3. Products

All our artwork is printed to order. We describe each product as accurately as we can, but please note:

Colours vary between screens, and between screen and print. Slight variation is normal and is not a defect.
Room photographs are for illustration and styling only. Any frame shown in a poster listing is not included — posters are supplied as the print alone.
Sizes are given in our size guide. Framed prints add approximately 2 cm of frame on each side to the stated print size.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full if we do — where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

Because production begins quickly, changes and cancellations can only be made before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change something.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes on cross-border orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering, through Shopify's payment processing. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping policy sets out production times, delivery estimates and what happens to undelivered or returned parcels, and forms part of these terms.

7. Returns and faults

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for an incorrect size or colour selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it as set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, photographs and other content on this site are owned by Studio Daydream or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from our designs without our written permission. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical item only, for personal, non-commercial display.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

10. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party services for payment, hosting and fulfilment. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, and forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
