The details

The acropolis of Lindos crowns its rocky headland above a cluster of whitewashed village houses, silhouetted against a fiery orange and red sky while a stylised blue wave curls below. The woodblock treatment gives every line real weight and the sunset an almost theatrical glow.

Striking above a bed, a sofa or in a room that catches the evening light.
